These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Konenki Provider Referral Incentive Program (“Program”). By submitting a referral, the referring provider (“Referrer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
The purpose of the Program is to expand the Konenki network of Vetted Konenki Providers (“VKPs”) through trusted peer referrals, while recognizing and rewarding current VKPs for supporting the growth of a mission-aligned, values-driven community of care.
Konenki offers referral incentives to active VKPs who refer qualified colleagues to join the Konenki Provider Network.
A referral incentive is earned only when the referred provider (“Referred Provider”) successfully:
• Completes the Alignment Assessment and onboarding process
• Passes any required background check
• Is formally approved as a VKP
• Pays their first membership fee
Referral incentives are recruiting bonuses and do not constitute commissions, employment compensation, partnership equity, fee-splitting, or compensation for clinical or patient referrals.
Konenki pays a $300 referral incentive per approved provider who enrolls at the standard, non-discounted individual membership rate.
This applies equally to:
• Prescribers
• Non-Prescribers
• Individual providers joining independently
If an individual provider enrolls at a discounted individual rate (excluding practice/group memberships), the referral incentive will be adjusted proportionally to reflect the percentage of revenue collected.
The referral incentive equals:
$300 multiplied by the percentage of membership revenue collected.
Referral bonuses apply to individual provider enrollments only.
Practice-level or group discounted memberships are not eligible for referral bonuses.
If a provider enrolls under a practice or group membership structure that includes a multi-provider discount (including 25% or up to 50% discounts), no referral incentive will be paid.
This exclusion ensures long-term sustainability and fairness across the Program.
To qualify for referral incentives, the Referrer must:
• Be an active Vetted Konenki Provider in good standing at the time of referral submission and payout
• Submit referrals through the official Konenki referral link
There is no limit to the number of referrals a VKP may submit.
A referral qualifies for incentive payment only if the Referred Provider:
• Completes the Alignment Assessment
• Successfully completes the application and background check process
• Is approved by Konenki
• Pays their first membership fee
Referral incentives apply solely to the introduction of qualified providers to the Konenki network. They are not compensation for clinical referrals, patient referrals, or healthcare services.
Participating providers are responsible for complying with any ethical, licensing, or regulatory requirements applicable to their profession.
• Referrals must be submitted using the official VKP Referral link.
• Konenki verifies referral attribution using timestamped CRM and payment records.
• Referral incentives are paid on the 15th of each month following successful onboarding and payment.
Konenki’s internal tracking systems serve as the final record of referral attribution.
If the Referred Provider pays the full annual membership fee upon joining:
• The applicable referral incentive (if eligible) is paid in one lump sum.
Payments are issued via Stripe on the 15th of the month following membership activation.
If the Referred Provider enrolls using a monthly membership plan:
• The total eligible referral incentive (if applicable) will be divided into ten equal monthly installments.
Example:
• Full-price enrollment → $30 per month for 10 months
If the Referred Provider cancels or becomes inactive before completing ten successful monthly payments, any unpaid portion of the referral incentive will be forfeited.
No monthly referral installments apply to practice/group memberships.
Each referral is considered exclusive for sixty (60) calendar days from the date it is received by Konenki (“Referral Window”).
During the Referral Window, the Referrer remains eligible if the Referred Provider:
• Completes the Alignment Assessment, and
• Schedules or completes an onboarding step
If the Referred Provider does not meaningfully engage within sixty (60) days, the referral may be deemed inactive.
Once inactive, another VKP may submit a referral for the same individual. The most recent eligible referral will be considered.
Konenki retains sole discretion to determine referral eligibility and engagement status.
Shared referral credit may be granted in limited circumstances with prior written approval from Konenki leadership.
If approved, the applicable eligible referral incentive will be divided equally.
Requests made after provider registration will not be considered.
Referral credit is awarded to the first Referrer recorded in Konenki’s systems at time of enrollment.
Referral incentives cannot be applied retroactively.
Konenki’s CRM and payment records serve as the final authority in determining eligibility and attribution.
Tax Responsibility: Referral incentives are taxable income. Referrers are responsible for all applicable taxes and may be required to submit a W-9.
Ethical Conduct: VKPs must represent Konenki honestly and professionally.
Promotional Guidelines: Paid advertising or mass outreach requires prior written approval.
Program Review: This Program is reviewed quarterly for sustainability and alignment.
Right to Modify: Konenki reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time with notice.
Prescriber: A licensed medical professional authorized to prescribe medication.
Non-Prescriber: A licensed or certified provider offering non-prescriptive services.
Clinic / Practice: A multi-provider practice enrolling under a group membership plan.
VKP: Vetted Konenki Provider approved through onboarding.
