KOmmunity Community Guidelines

You are not broken. You are becoming.

This is a gathering place for women navigating the raw, transformative terrain of menopause.
Here, we remember that midlife is not a descent into irrelevance. It is a portal into power, clarity, and reclamation.

The KOmmunity exists for connection, reflection, and continued personal growth. All parts of you are welcome here—the wise, the weary, the wild, and the wondering.

To protect what makes this space sacred, we agree to the following shared commitments.

1. Respect

Speak to and about one another with care.
We honor each woman’s lived experience, cultural background, spiritual beliefs, and healing path, whether clinical, integrative, ancestral, or intuitive.

Do:

  • Use inclusive, nonjudgmental language.

  • Speak in “I” statements.

  • Ask before offering advice.

Don’t:

  • Dismiss or correct someone’s experience.

  • Speak in absolutes or enter “fix-it” mode.

We assume that everyone has good intentions but may not always know how to communicate in that way. . Even when words land imperfectly, trust that most hearts here are reaching for connection, not conflict.
We treat every member of this community with equal respect and kindness.

2. Brave Presence Over Performance

Come as you are. No curation required. Share what feels right, not what feels polished.
This space makes room for honesty, humor, grief, and joy.
We practice being witnessed without needing to be fixed.
We leave judgment and complaint at the door so the energy of this space stays clear, kind, and alive.

3. Consent Before Contribution

Before offering prayers, advice, or private messages, ask. Asking for permission is a healthy respect for boundaries. We honor sovereignty here. Boundaries are an act of care, not distance.
We do not coach or fix unless invited to do so.

If someone shares pain, you may witness without solving. Support means presence, not rescue.

4. Confidentiality

We respectfully request that what’s shared here stays here.
This is not a space for screenshots, gossip, or private sharing outside the group.
Stories are sacred and belong to the teller.
If sharing outside the community, speak only from your own insights or takeaways.

5. Celebrate, Don’t Compare

We rise higher by uplifting each other.
Celebrate another woman’s wins, gratitudes, and desires as reflections of what is possible for you too.
Comparison is replaced with curiosity.
We build community through mutual support, understanding, and shared celebration.

6. Stay on Purpose

This is a space for the midlife journey—physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual.

You may:

  • Share personal stories and reflections.

  • Ask for support or resources.

  • Offer insights grounded in lived or professional experience.

You may not:

  • Promote services or products without invitation.

  • Post medical advice without credentials or context.

  • Use this community for recruiting, marketing, or sales.

7. Celebrate

Your turn-on, grief, frustration, silliness, and yearning all have a place here.
Emotional expression is welcome; emotional dumping is not.
We can hold intensity without amplifying drama.

8. Swearing, Softening, and Speaking What’s True

Please be mindful of your language. Some of us use strong language; others do not.
If you feel discomfort, explore what the word stirs within you.
If you use strong language easily, pause and ask what truth the word is carrying.
The goal is not control, but clarity.

9. Silence is Sacred Too

Listening is participation.
You do not need to reply to every post or offer solutions.
Sometimes witnessing is the most powerful gift you can offer.

10. Growth is Collective

We learn through one another’s experiences.
When one woman heals, she lights a path for another.
Share what has supported you and stay open to what others bring.

11. Moderation as Stewardship

Konenki moderators may remove posts or intervene when content misaligns with our values.
This is an act of protection, not punishment.
We lead with compassion and uphold clarity.
