When Coping Stops Working: Perimenopause Burnout, Midlife Weight Gain & Rebuilding Resilience

April 9 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

There is often a point during perimenopause or menopause when familiar coping strategies stop producing the same results.

You may notice changes such as:

• Weight gain despite eating the same way

• Feeling more emotionally reactive under stress

• Greater exhaustion even when maintaining discipline and routines

Many women begin to experience several concerns at the same time:

Midlife weight gain and metabolic resistance

• Burnout, emotional dysregulation, and decision fatigue

• Loss of strength, energy, and physical confidence

These challenges are often connected. Hormonal changes, shifts in metabolism, nervous system regulation, and increasing life demands can all interact during midlife.

This expert panel will explore what may be happening beneath the surface and discuss realistic ways women can begin rebuilding resilience.

• Why stress tolerance and emotional regulation often shift in midlife
