Something is off, and you have already tried to fix it.
You changed what you eat. The hormone conversation has either started, or you keep putting it off. Maybe the bloating, the wired-but-tired afternoons, or the fog feels hormonal, digestive, or tied to a stress you cannot quite name. In midlife, these rarely show up one at a time, and treating them as separate problems is part of why the fixes have not stuck.
Integrative menopause care means looking at the whole picture at once. It stops the cycle of being sent from one specialist to the next with no one connecting the dots. In this panel, Dr. Julie Doyle brings precision hormone and metabolic medicine. Meg Richichi brings decades of work on the gut-hormone connection. Leah Somers brings a grounded approach to nervous system regulation.Â
Midlife health is layered, and this conversation is one layer of that larger picture. If you have been treating your hormones, your gut, and your stress response as three unrelated problems, this is the conversation that puts them back together.Â
You Will Discover
- Why your labs can come back “normal” while you still do not feel like yourself, and what a more precise hormone evaluation actually looks for
- What is actually happening in your body when you are eating well, sleeping enough, and still not seeing the results you expect
- Why the gut is so often the missing piece in hormone health, even when no one has ever mentioned it to you before
- How your nervous system shapes your energy, digestion, and healing capacity, whether or not you have ever thought of stress as the root cause
- Which of these three pieces feels most like the missing piece in your own story, and where to start
Who This Is For
- A provider told you your labs are normal, but you still feel exhausted, foggy, or not like yourself
- You have tried hormone therapy, or have been hesitant to start, and want a more individualized approach explained clearly
- You are doing everything right with food and exercise and still not seeing the shift you expect
- No provider has ever walked you through how your gut, hormones, and stress connect
- You feel wired but tired, and wonder whether your nervous system is playing a bigger role than you have been told
- You are ready to stop piecing together separate opinions from separate providers and want to hear how these pieces fit together
