Is it him or is it your hormones?
If you cannot tell anymore, you are not alone, and you are not imagining it. Midlife turns the volume up on everything. Sleep falls apart, patience runs thin, and a relationship that used to feel workable suddenly does not. Sorting out what belongs to your body and what belongs to your marriage is one of the hardest questions a woman can face, and most women face it without a map.
This event is not a push toward divorce. Some women who join us will stay married. Some will separate. Many are simply not sure, and that uncertainty deserves clear information, not assumptions about where you are headed.
Three Vetted Konenki Providers will walk you through the layers.
Sarah Scott-Weaver, a functional medicine nurse practitioner, grounds us in the body first: what is happening hormonally in perimenopause and menopause, and how to tell physical changes from relationship problems.
Deb Hurowitz, a therapist who works with women navigating identity shifts, empty nest, and the Sandwich Generation, lays out the real options if divorce is on the table, from mediation to litigation to conscious uncoupling, including what each one costs.
Nanette Drouillard-Murphy, a divorce coach who works with women over 40, speaks to the fear that keeps so many women frozen: not the divorce itself, but the question of what happens to me after.
