Midlife Through the Chakras: Safety, Identity & Personal Power

May 7 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Exploring Chakras 1–3 in Perimenopause & Menopause

After establishing the foundations in Part 1, this second conversation moves deeper into the chakra system as a practical framework for understanding how midlife change is experienced in the body, emotions, and sense of self.

In this session, we focus on the first three chakras, often associated with safety, identity, and personal power. These energetic centers correspond closely with many of the symptoms and experiences women report during perimenopause and menopause, including anxiety, sleep disruption, fatigue, shifting confidence, and changes in motivation or direction.

Together, we will explore how hormonal changes, stress physiology, and long-standing life patterns intersect during this stage of life. Rather than viewing symptoms as isolated problems, we will consider how midlife can surface areas of imbalance that invite stabilization, self-trust, and renewed personal agency.

This conversation will begin connecting the biological realities of menopause with emotional and energetic patterns, offering women a grounded way to understand why this stage can feel both destabilizing and transformative.

As in Part 1, the format will remain conversational rather than lecture-based, allowing space for reflection, shared insight, and practical understanding.
