Many women enter midlife expecting a few physical changes. Instead, they often find themselves navigating shifting energy, unexpected symptoms, emotional changes, and a sense that the strategies that once worked no longer do.
This conversation begins a three-part series designed to bring clarity to that experience.
In Part 1, we will establish a shared foundation for understanding perimenopause and menopause through three interconnected perspectives: biological, psychological, and energetic. We will explore what is happening hormonally, why symptoms vary so widely between women, and how stress and nervous system patterns can influence the midlife transition.
We will also introduce the chakra system as a historical energetic framework that can offer an additional lens for understanding midlife change. This session will focus on context and shared language rather than deep application; later sessions will explore specific chakra centers and practical integration.
The format will be conversational rather than lecture-based, allowing space for insight, connection, and real discussion. Supporting materials will be shared following the event.
