Playing by New Rules: Menopause, Energy, Hormones, and Self-Leadership in Midlife

April 16 @ 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm

Many women enter midlife doing everything right and still feel like the rules have suddenly changed.

Energy drops. Sleep becomes unpredictable. Emotions feel closer to the surface. Focus and resilience shift. What once worked to manage stress, performance, and well-being no longer delivers the same results.

This one-hour Zoom event explores what is really happening during perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions, and why this stage of life calls for a new approach to health, leadership, and self-trust.

Rather than offering quick fixes for menopause symptoms or checklist-style solutions, this conversation brings together medical expertise and energy leadership to help women understand the deeper recalibration underway. We will explore how hormonal changes, nervous system regulation, and identity evolution intersect in midlife, and how women can move out of self-blame and into informed, compassionate self-leadership.

This is a space for clarity, context, and relief. Not because you are failing, but because your body is asking for something different.
