You have power and wisdom the world needs right now.
But you’re spending it on things that aren’t yours to carry. You’re second-guessing decisions you once trusted. You’re over-responsible for everyone else’s problems, and invisible in your own life. And somewhere along the way, you learned to doubt the one person who’s always known what’s best for you—yourself.
Self-leadership at midlife is about stepping back in. Into your power. Into your judgment. Into your freedom.
This isn’t about confidence-building or positive thinking. It’s about something deeper: reconnecting with the part of you that knows. The part that led you this far. The part that has wisdom to offer, but can’t offer it when you’re drowning in everyone else’s needs. The part that, when given permission to trust itself again, becomes unstoppable.
At midlife, you have a choice. You can keep shrinking, keep doubting, keep carrying what isn’t yours. Or you can step into what actually belongs to you—your power, your judgment, your freedom. And in doing that, you become who you were always meant to be.
This conversation explores what that looks like. You’ll hear from three women who’ve spent years helping other women navigate this exact crossroads. And you’ll discover that the path forward isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about trusting yourself.
You Will Discover
- Why you stopped trusting yourself—and how to find your way back. It’s not a confidence issue. It’s about reconnecting with your deep inner judgment, moving beyond the surface-level advice to the wisdom that’s always been yours.
- How to claim your power without guilt. At midlife, you have relevance and contribution capacity that matter. Learn how to step into that without people-pleasing or over-owning everyone else’s emotional labor.
- The freedom that comes from clear boundaries. When you get crystal clear about what’s yours to carry and what isn’t, everything shifts. Discover what it actually means to own your life—and nothing more.
- Why this stage isn’t the end—it’s the beginning. Menopause isn’t a crisis. It’s an invitation to step forward as the most powerful version of yourself.
Who This Is For
- This conversation is for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife who know deep down that they have more to give—but can’t seem to access it. Women who are asking:
- “Why do I doubt myself now when I’ve never doubted myself before?”
- “How do I step into my power without abandoning everyone who needs me?”
- “Is there actually more for me at this stage, or is this just what midlife looks like?”
If you’re feeling overlooked, questioned, or like you’re drowning in everyone else’s needs while your own voice gets smaller—this event is for you.
