Description
Perimenopause has a way of surfacing emotions women have carried quietly for years. Anxiety rises. Patience thins. Rage appears in moments that feel out of proportion. Many women wonder why they suddenly feel overwhelmed even as they continue to hold families, careers, and relationships together.
You Will Discover:
• Why perimenopause amplifies anxiety and anger, and what your body may be communicating
• The interaction between hormones, stress load, and emotional reactivity in midlife
• How unacknowledged rage shows up in daily life, including for high-functioning women
• Grounding practices that help interrupt emotional spirals
• Approaches for supporting both physical and emotional well-being with your providers
• Ways to prepare for conversations with clinicians, partners, or loved ones
