All planning documents including agenda recap, program flow, recordings and scripts.
Event Description – We're sharing the Event Description to give you a holistic idea of what the event is, based on what was discussed during the Planning Meeting.
Run of Show | Speaker Outline – It's an overview of how the event would flow.
If you are open to it, we would love a short promotional video, around 30 seconds, introducing who you are and what you do, mentioning that you are presenting at this event, with a simple call to action to register and attend. You can film it on your phone or record yourself on Zoom, and take as many takes as you like.
You can upload your videos below or attach a Google Drive link if the file is too large, and we will edit it into an Instagram and Facebook-ready reel that we will post and that you are welcome to share. We have also included a script framework so you have something to work from, and you can reword it however feels natural.
It is entirely optional, and it does help registrations. The more reach, the better!
We’ll be sharing hi-res versions of your Event Posters for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn so you can also share them across your own social media platforms.
We’d truly appreciate your support in helping spread the word, and please feel free to tag us once you share them.
Please rename your QR Code files before uploading them so we can easily identify which files belong to you.
If you weren't able to provide a QR Code/Link for us to share in the Zoom Chat during your presentation, we will link your website so they can contact you.

Background Music SuggestionWe are planning to play a 5-min Countdown Video before we start! If you have any suggestions, kindly share the link here and we'll consider playing it during the countdown.

Alternate quote: “Life throws us curveballs, always, and the body is the first thing to respond.”
I was a featured speaker on Konenki's Integrative Midlife Care panel, alongside the other Vetted Konenki Providers.
I spoke about reading symptoms as communication, how the way we fuel the body shapes the inflammatory response, and why no single food plan fits every person.
If you have ever been told your body is attacking itself, there is another way to hear what it is asking for.
Alternate quote: “I want you to know you do, in fact, have control when it comes to your wellness, and please believe that you really can feel good through perimenopause.”
I was a featured speaker on Konenki's Integrative Midlife Care panel, alongside the other Vetted Konenki Providers.
I spoke about why midlife symptoms belong together, and why I start with nervous system regulation and gut health before anything else.
If you have ever felt like your body stopped cooperating and nobody could tell you why, you are not imagining it.
