The KOmmunity exists to offer women a safe, supportive, and respectful space to learn, connect, and grow through all stages of menopause. To protect this environment, we maintain clear guidelines for participation and a structured process for addressing inappropriate content or behavior.
Members are expected to:
Communicate with kindness, honesty, and respect.
Protect the confidentiality of others.
Share personal experiences rather than medical advice.
Avoid discriminatory, sexual, or aggressive comments.
Use the platform for connection and learning rather than self-promotion or solicitation.
Konenki reserves the right to remove any post or comment that violates these principles.
Content may be considered inappropriate if it contains:
Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.
Hate speech, discrimination, or inflammatory language.
Explicit, sexual, or violent material.
Unverified medical claims or unsafe health advice.
Spam, solicitation, or irrelevant marketing.
Ongoing disregard for moderator guidance.
When inappropriate content or behavior is reported or identified, Konenki follows a three-step process:
A moderator reviews the reported content within 24 hours. The post may be temporarily hidden during the review. The moderator documents the issue, context, and any relevant screenshots.
If the concern is confirmed, the member receives a private message explaining which guideline was violated. The member may offer clarification or context within 48 hours.
Depending on the severity of the issue and the member’s response, Konenki may take one of the following actions:
Gentle Reminder: Education about community expectations and reinstatement of content if appropriate.
Content Removal: Deletion of the post or comment with an explanation provided.
Account Suspension: Temporary suspension, typically for seven days, while the matter is reviewed.
Account Termination: Permanent removal from the KOmmunity for repeated or severe violations.
All decisions are documented to ensure fairness and consistency.
Members can report inappropriate content or behavior by emailing [email protected] or using the reporting feature inside the membership portal (if available). Reports should include the member’s name, the date, and a brief description of the concern.
All reports are handled with discretion. Konenki will not reveal the identity of a reporting member unless required by law or necessary to ensure safety.
Members who believe an action was taken in error may submit an appeal to [email protected] within seven (7) days of notification. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior Konenki team member who was not involved in the original decision.
Moderation at Konenki is guided by compassion, fairness, and the belief that accountability supports healing. Our goal is not punishment but preservation of a community where every woman feels safe, seen, and supported.
