Event Description – We're sharing the Event Description to give you a holistic idea of what the event is, based on what was discussed during the Planning Meeting.
Script/Content Document – We won't be having a Rehearsal Date, so to give you a better way to collaborate, we've provided a Google Document where you can share your ideas and speaker outline for everyone to see. Please make use of this document, as it will also help Paula/Jenn assist with your outline.
Run of Show – It's an overview of how the event would flow.
If you are open to it, we would love a short promotional video, around 30 seconds, introducing who you are and what you do, mentioning that you are presenting at this event, with a simple call to action to register and attend. You can film it on your phone or record yourself on Zoom, and take as many takes as you like.
You can upload your videos below or attach a Google Drive link if the file is too large, and we will edit it into an Instagram and Facebook-ready reel that we will post and that you are welcome to share. We have also included a script framework so you have something to work from, and you can reword it however feels natural.
It is entirely optional, and it does help registrations. The more reach, the better!
We’ll be sharing hi-res versions of your Event Posters for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn so you can also share them across your own social media platforms.

Please rename your QR Code files before uploading them so we can easily identify which files belong to you.
