Giving Feedback About a Konenki Provider

At Konenki, we take every woman’s experience seriously.

While the providers in our network operate independently and are solely responsible for their practice, we believe that any concern raised about someone we’ve introduced deserves a response. We don’t assume legal responsibility for their decisions—but we do accept professional responsibility for how introductions are made, maintained, and monitored.

That means if something doesn’t feel right—or if something feels truly supportive—we want to know. Your voice helps us ensure that the integrity of this network stays intact.

We’ve designed a process that ensures your voice is heard, your concerns are treated with care, and accountability is maintained.

You may submit anonymously, but please know we may be limited in what we can do without enough context.

What happens next?

• A Konenki Managing Partner will review your feedback within five business days.

   

• If your concern indicates a potential misalignment with our values, we’ll follow up discreetly and compassionately.

   

• In some cases, we may invite both parties into a values-based reconciliation conversation—but only if both feel ready and supported.

   

Konenki does not provide legal mediation or therapeutic counseling. We exist to listen, learn, and uphold the sacred trust that underpins every provider connection.
