Quick Start Guide
- Welcome to the KOmmunity. This is your personal homepage, where you can find links to all community features, the latest events, and your account settings.
- On the left, you will find your groups.
- This button will take you directly to the KOmmunity.
- This button will take you to your community profile. You can personalize your image, header, and details here.
- This menu has some important links such as Community Guidelines, and Provider Feedback – where you can provide feedback on providers you have interacted with.
- The events panel will show upcoming events. You can use ‘events’ on the left menu to see the full calendar.
- Recent Discussions will show the forums with the most recent activity
- Here you can see more updates from all your forums
The KOmmunity
When you first open the KOmmunity, you will be on the home FEED. Here you will see important notices and static posts to help you get started.
Selecting DISCUSSIONS from the left menu will bring up all of your discussion forums, where you can interact with other KOmmunity members.
You can also find various resources in the left menu.
In the right menu, you will find your connections and other members who are currently online.
MEDIA: While you cannot upload videos, you CAN share links. Links to videos form Vimeo or YouTube will display a player and can be watched in the feed. Link for audio from Soundcloud will also display a player! Gifs, photos, and documents are able to be added to your posts.
Your Profile
Your profile is where you add your photo, header image, and bio details.
Your name will be auto populated from your account information, input when you purchased your membership. When editing your first and last name, you may choose the level of privacy for your last name, and you may choose any nickname you wish. Your nickname will be how you show up when you post and interact with other members. Your profile & all other community interactions are visible only to other members of the KOmmunity.
In the left menu, you can access your timeline, notifications, and messages.
You can also view and adjust your account & memberships.

My Account
Using the My Account link in the top menu, you can access your order details and update your address or payment method.
