This Playbook is your guide to being an active, visible, connected member of the Konenki network. It covers what to do, what to expect from us, and how to make the most of this partnership. Read it once to orient yourself. Return to it when you need it.

Menopause doesn't announce itself cleanly. For most women it shows up as a collection of symptoms that don't connect on the surface — sleep that stops working, a body that feels unfamiliar, moods that seem to come from nowhere. They see their doctor. They're told their labs are normal. They go home and keep Googling.

The care they need exists. It's just scattered across disciplines, hard to find, and harder to navigate alone.

Konenki was built to change that. We bring together vetted providers across clinical, integrative, and wellness disciplines and create conditions for women to find the right support at the right time. We handle the education, the visibility, and the trust-building. You bring the expertise.

That's the partnership.

A note on language: throughout this Playbook, "menopause" refers to the full spectrum of midlife hormonal transition, including perimenopause.

Being a Vetted Konenki Provider is not a badge you display and forget. It's an active role in a network that only works when its members show up for it.

The vetting process exists for a reason. Women who find their way to Konenki aren't browsing a list of options — they're following a trusted recommendation. That's a different kind of introduction, and it carries weight in both directions.

What a Thriving VKP Looks Like in Practice

They show up to events prepared and present. They engage with fellow providers like colleagues, not competitors. They talk about Konenki in their own materials — not as a favor, but because they understand that a stronger network means more women finding their way to them specifically. They refer within the network when it serves the person in front of them. Their profile is complete. Their badge is on their site. Their name shows up in conversations about midlife care.

None of that happens by accident. The providers who get the most from this network are the ones who engage with intention.

Membership works because both sides hold up their end. Here's ours.

Events

Every active VKP participates in a minimum of three Konenki events per year. We handle everything around those events: the programming, the promotion, the paid advertising, the registration, the recording, and the social content before and after. You show up and share your expertise. We make sure people see it.

Visibility

Your profile lives in the Konenki provider directory, where women actively searching for menopause support can find you by specialty, location, and approach. We maintain that platform and drive traffic to it.

Social Media

We produce and publish content featuring our providers — event highlights, clips, and spotlights.

A Collaborative Network

You gain access to a community of professionals across clinical, integrative, and wellness disciplines who take this work seriously. Co-creation, collegial relationships, and cross-discipline connections develop here.

Konenki's Reach Is Your Reach

Every woman who finds Konenki is a woman who could find you. The bigger and more trusted we become, the more valuable your place in this network becomes. That's not incidental — it's the whole point.

What we don't promise is a specific volume of introductions or guaranteed revenue. What we do promise is consistent, professional investment in the visibility of this network and everyone in it.

This isn't complicated. Here's what to do and when.

Week One: Get Visible

• Download your VKP badge and add it to your website and email signature.
• Log into your directory profile and confirm everything is accurate — photo, bio, specialties, scheduling link
• Follow Konenki on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Follow your fellow VKPs on social

Why it matters: Your profile is often the first thing a woman sees after hearing your name through Konenki. A complete, current profile tells her she's in the right place. A missing badge or outdated bio creates doubt she didn't have before she clicked.

Week Two: Get Connected

• Find the next VKP Connect session date and add it to your calendar — sessions happen every three weeks
• Browse the provider directory at konenkims.com and get familiar with who else is in the network — note anyone whose work overlaps or complements yours

Why it matters: Cross-discipline connections don't come from directories. They come from knowing someone well enough to trust them with a client. VKP Connect is where that starts, and walking in already knowing a few names makes it real faster.

Week Three: Show Up for the Network

• Leave a review of Konenki on Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn
• Like, comment on, or share one Konenki post
• Post something from your own practice, tag Konenki, and display your VKP badge — we'll repost it to our audience

Why it matters: Every review, every tag, every share makes it easier for women to find this network — and find you in it. When we repost your content, your expertise goes in front of our entire audience. This isn't goodwill. It's how the reach grows for all of us.

Week Four: Look Ahead

• Email [email protected] to express interest in upcoming events
• Review the event participation section of this Playbook so you know what to expect
• Make sure your profile reflects your current focus areas and availability

Why it matters: Events are where women meet you, hear you speak, and decide whether to reach out. The earlier you're in the conversation about scheduling, the more likely you are to get on the calendar.

Your Directory Profile

Your profile is working for you even when you're not. Women search the directory by specialty, location, and approach. Keep it current — if your focus shifts, update it. If you have a better headshot, use it. A profile that reflects who you actually are today does more work than a polished one from two years ago.

VKP Connect

VKP Connect meets every three weeks. It's provider-only — part peer learning, part relationship-building, part open conversation. No prep required. Show up, introduce yourself, and get to know the people you're building this with.

Relationships within this network lead to introductions. VKP Connect is where those relationships start.

Your Fellow VKPs

You now have colleagues who work with the same women you do, from different angles. Engage with them on social. Reach out when something resonates. The opportunities for cross-discipline connection in this network are real — and they develop naturally when providers actually know each other.

Staying Visible on Social

Post about your work. Tag Konenki. Use your badge. When you do, we repost — your expertise reaches our entire audience, not just yours.

You already know your event dates well in advance. That's your natural content calendar. Share what you're presenting, what you're thinking about, what your clients are asking you. Use your badge and tag us when it's relevant and we'll amplify it.

Every woman who finds Konenki is a woman who could find you. Reviews, shares, tags, and introductions are the mechanisms by which that happens. The more visible and trusted Konenki becomes, the more women walk through the door — and the more valuable your place in this network becomes.

Leave a Review

A review of Konenki on Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn takes five minutes and carries real weight. Women evaluating whether to engage with us read reviews. So do prospective providers considering joining. If you believe in what we're building, say so publicly.

Engage on Social

Follow Konenki on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Like, comment on, and share our posts. Tag us in your own content. These actions directly affect how many people our content reaches — which directly affects how many women find their way to you.

Refer Other Providers

If you know someone whose work and values belong in this network, introduce them to us. You'll receive $300 when a provider you refer is approved and pays their first membership fee. And you'll have helped raise the caliber of the network you're part of.

Display Your Badge

Your VKP badge on your website and in your email signature signals to every person who lands on your page that your work has been vetted. It works for you and for Konenki at the same time.

None of this takes much time. It takes showing up.

Events are your highest-visibility opportunity in the network — where women hear you, trust you, and decide whether to reach out. Every active VKP participates in a minimum of three events per year.

Konenki handles production — programming, promotion, paid advertising, registration, recording, and social content before and after. Your job is to show up prepared and present.

When you're confirmed for an event, you'll join a planning call with your co-presenters and the Konenki team. After that call, you'll receive a Speaker Kit with everything you need to prepare and promote. The team stays in close contact leading up to the event.

Women who register for Konenki events are asked to opt-in to share their contact information with panelists. If they've done so, you have their permission to follow up directly and personally after the event. Use it — a warm, timely message from a provider they just heard speak is one of the most effective touchpoints in this work.

After the event, like, comment on, and share Konenki's social content. This is when engagement is highest — your amplification extends that window and puts you in front of women who are still paying attention. Participate in the post-event debrief — what you observed helps shape what comes next.

On Commitment

When you confirm participation in a Konenki event, that confirmation is firm. Your name and expertise are woven into promotion that goes out before the event happens.

True emergencies arise and we handle those with care. What we ask is that you treat a confirmed event the way you'd treat a commitment to a client — because in many ways, that's exactly what it is.

A provider who misses a required planning call forfeits that speaking opportunity. A provider who withdraws after promotion has begun creates a situation with no clean solution. We raise this not to be punitive but to be honest about what's at stake.

Your main hub for Konenki communications is the VKP Portal — find it by clicking Login at the top of konenkims.com, then selecting VKP Homepage.

When we post updates, resources, or announcements there, you'll receive an email notification. Right now, treat it as your go-to for anything official from Konenki — and we're building it into a richer hub over time.

Event Communication

When you're participating in an event, you'll hear from us directly by email — reminders go out 2-3 weeks before, one week before, and the day before. Use Reply All on those threads so the full team stays looped in.

Provider Wellbeing & Impact Survey

Twice a year, you'll receive a brief Provider Wellbeing & Impact Survey. It's optional, confidential, and helps us understand how to better support you and strengthen the network.

When you talk about Konenki — in your bio, on social, at a networking event — a few things matter.

What to Call Yourself

Vetted Konenki Provider or Konenki Provider. Both work.

How to Describe Konenki

"Konenki connects women with vetted menopause-informed providers, offering trusted care, clear guidance, and compassionate support through every stage of midlife."

Use "we" when talking about your relationship with the network — "At Konenki, we connect women with vetted experts" — rather than positioning yourself as separate from it.

What to Avoid

Clinical jargon, fear-based messaging, and anything that overpromises outcomes. Women come to Konenki because they're confused and looking for someone they can trust. Language that's clear, warm, and human serves them better than language that's impressive.

Konenki's Voice

These reflect the way Konenki talks about its work:

• "A comprehensive approach to menopause — physical, mental, emotional, and sexual health."

Konenki serves women across a wide spectrum of backgrounds, identities, and life circumstances. We ask that every VKP bring genuine curiosity and openness to every person they encounter through this network.

Who We Serve

We use "women" throughout our materials because it reflects our primary audience. We also recognize that not everyone who experiences menopause identifies as a woman. All individuals navigating this transition are welcome here, and we expect providers to meet each person with that same inclusivity.

In Practice

Bring the same curiosity and non-judgment to every person you meet through Konenki that you bring to your best clinical work.

Konenki does not discriminate against any race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, ability, religious belief, political ideology, or health philosophy. We hold the same standard for every provider in our network.

Collaboration Across Disciplines

One of the things that makes this network meaningful is that providers across clinical, integrative, and wellness disciplines are in it together. A woman working with a menopause coach may also need a prescriber. A woman seeing a therapist may benefit from nutritional support. With her consent, cross-discipline coordination within the network can meaningfully improve her outcomes.

Client confidentiality and explicit consent are non-negotiable when sharing information across providers.

When a provider you refer completes the vetting process, is approved as a VKP, and pays their first membership fee, you receive $300.

To refer someone, email [email protected] with their name and contact information. Ask them to apply at konenkims.com and list your name as the referring provider. The 60-day referral window opens from the date of your email to Konenki.

Referral incentives apply to individual provider enrollments only and do not constitute compensation for clinical referrals or healthcare services.

The full terms governing your membership — professional standards, conduct, data handling, feedback and reconciliation, and termination — are outlined in your Membership Agreement. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

Two things worth keeping top of mind: respond to Konenki emails within 48 hours during business days, and use contact information from events appropriately.

Women who register for Konenki events are asked to opt-in to share their contact information with panelists. That opt-in covers direct, relevant follow-up related to the event and your services — not adding them to ongoing marketing lists or campaigns without separate explicit consent.

How do I access the VKP Portal?

Click the Login button at the top of konenkims.com, then select VKP Homepage. This is where official Konenki updates live — you'll receive an email notification whenever something new is posted.

How do I update my directory listing?

Log into your Konenki account, go to the Vendor Dashboard and select Settings, then click Profile to edit your listing. If anything isn't working, email [email protected].

How do I connect a client with another provider in the network?

Browse the provider directory to find a colleague whose specialty fits your client's needs. With your client's consent, make a warm introduction directly. If you're unsure who to suggest, email [email protected] and we'll help you find the right fit.

How does the provider referral program work?

Email [email protected] with the person's name and contact information, and ask them to apply at konenkims.com listing your name as the referring provider. The 60-day referral window opens from the date of your email. When they're approved and pay their first membership fee, you receive $300.

What if I need to pause my membership?

Email [email protected] to discuss options. We don't offer automatic pauses, but we'll work with you to find the right approach.

What if I have a concern about a fellow provider?

Email [email protected]. All concerns are reviewed by Konenki leadership and handled confidentially.
