Muscle‑testing meets personalized healing—because your body already knows how to rest.
Why Sleep Feels So Elusive
There are a million reasons why people struggle with sleep—and yet, it’s one of the most essential resources we have as human beings.
About 84 million people regularly don’t get the recommended amount of uninterrupted sleep needed for optimal health. On top of that, between 50 to 70 million Americans experience sleep disorders. That’s a lot of people navigating life feeling drained and depleted.
For Women, the Stakes Are Even Higher
For women, especially those entering perimenopause or menopause, sleep challenges often intensify. Hormonal shifts can add a whole new layer of stress to an already fragile area of life. And let’s face it—given how much the average woman gives to and nurtures others, she often doesn’t have the reserves (or the luxury) to keep pushing through without counterbalancing herself with deeply restorative sleep.
This is the proverbial elephant in the room of so many women’s lives who are quietly struggling with various forms of sleep-depletion.
There’s No One-Size-Fits-All Sleep Solution
In my work, I help clients uncover the root cause of their sleep disruption so they can take charge and feel empowered. After working with hundreds of women, I can tell you—there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Oh, if only it were that simple! The truth is, sleep is personal. The path back to rest must be just as unique as the woman herself.
If I had the ‘sleep solution’ I would be on every TV show and podcast overnight. Who can’t relate with sleep as a challenge they have addressed at some point in their lifetime? But even though I don’t have “the sleep solution” I may have “your sleep solution.”
How I Found My Way Back to Rest
After healing myself from chronic Lyme disease and 39 years of migraines through the modality of muscle-testing, I decided to bring that to bear on my own sleep challenges which had manifested themselves during perimenopause. I used muscle testing to pinpoint the source of my issue and created a custom herbal formula that helped me return to deep sleep within a few weeks. That experience showed me that, yes, restful sleep is possible—even after struggle. Moreover, it showed me that muscle-testing to access the wisdom and truth of our bodies is the secret to success.
Every Sleepless Night Has a Story
For some women, I’ve tested that the root issue is hormonal, and balancing their hormones becomes the key. But that’s not always the case. I’ve worked with women for whom the disruption is emotional. The cause is the need for emotional release work. One client, a mother who had lost her teenage son, carried deep grief, guilt, and shame. These unprocessed emotions were keeping her nervous system in a constant state of alert. Once we addressed and released those feelings, her body remembered how to rest.
Another woman was going through a painful time in her marriage. Sleeping in the guest room gave her space—both physically and emotionally—to begin to feel safe again, which allowed her to rest. Yet another had a physiological root cause: her pancreas was overstimulated by her nightly ice cream and wine habit. Once we identified the issue and adjusted her evening routine, her sleep naturally improved.
Your Body Already Knows the Way
As you can see, each woman’s journey is her own—and so is the path to reclaiming rest. But knowing how to ask each woman’s body what is true for her and what she needs, can be a needle-mover.
You Deserve to Rest
Sisters, you deserve rest. And if I can help you find your way back to it, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
